• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Refunds are available for orders that have not yet shipped.

• Once your order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund.

• Because all personalized and custom items are made just for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on these products. Please double-check sizes, spellings, and details before placing your order.
