• Processing Time: Since many of our items are custom-made, please allow 5–7 business days for us to craft and prepare your order before it ships.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. (International shipping times may vary).
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way to your lilypad.
• Delays: While we can’t control shipping carriers, we’ll always do our best to keep things hopping along smoothly!
